About Us - Our "Team"

"Real Estate Team" is a relatively new term bantered about in the industry. In the 100 year history of the National Association of Realtors^® the Real Estate Team, as pertaining to several Realtors^®  banding together under a Team Leader as a microcosm of the larger Brokerage, is a relatively new phenomenon.

Actually, the very nature of the real estate transaction brings various players together as a team to complete the process. For those client members who do not have a preference, we have assembled a team of service providers who share our dedication to customer service and have a proven track record of cooperation with others and completing their portion on time and on budget. We receive no compensation from any of these service providers for recommending their services other than the peace-of-mind that our client members are being well served by knowledgable professionals. RESPA laws require full disclosure of any financial compensation between Realtors^® and the various vendors.
