Condominiums - Condos - Apartment Style

Condominiums usually have neighbors on 3 or more sides in an apartment configuration. Not only are there neigbors on the sides, but above and or below too. They are frequently listed in the MLS as "Apartment Style".

Townhouses - Townhomes

Similiar to the "Rowhouses" prevailent in the Eastern US, Townhouses only connect on the sides. Some Condos are incorrectly listed in the MLS as Townhouses, so make sure to look at the picture.
