The Arizona State Legislature has enacted a strict Pool Enclosure Law for public safety.

 Judy includes a Pool Safety Advisory Brochure in every Client Member's packet, regardless if they're buying or selling a home with a pool. Someone may decide to put a pool or spa in at some time.
