Blessed Insurance

Judy's dad went to a funeral years ago and the widower was so thankful for the outpouring of love and support. He was gushing on about what a lovely service and that they even sang "Blessed Insurance (sic)". No one corrected him that the hymn title was actually "Blessed Assurance".

We hope we never need to use it, but Murphy's Law is that we will if we don't have it. Your lender will require coverage for a loan, so it is a good idea to establish a relationship with an agent before seeking a loan; at the very least, do so concurrently. If you don't have a trusted provider, we have a couple of sources we can recommend.
